Healthy Peanuts and Sesame seeds Chikki with palm jaggery. Very healthy and gives iron and calcium Healthy and Tasty snack For Kids Simple 3 Ingredient Sweet and very good snack can give to kids Sugarless and no preservatives sweet Ingredients: Palm Jaggery - 250 g (Use Normal Jaggery if Palm Jaggery not available) Sesame Seeds (White) - 100 g Roasted Peanuts - 150 g water - 100 ml (to melt the jaggery)

Method: Roast the sesame seeds until golden brown (You will see popping them) in a pan. Keep aside sesame seeds after roasted. Take a bowl and put the jaggery in it and add water to melt the jaggery. Strain the jaggery water into a pan after completely desolves in water. Now boil the jaggery water until correct consisteny to add peanuts and sesame seeds. (You can see in the video checking the consistency in water) Once the jaggery syrup boils to correct consistency add peanuts and sesame seeds and mix well. Now switch off the flame and take it out to greased plate and spread evenly. Now cut the mixture in desired shape before cooling. You can store these in airtight container upto 10 days.
